Walk-In Lab Collections

We encourage you to bring in your lab order or orders from your doctor's office we accept LabCorp & Quest Diagnostics Labs or any hospital, online lab orders or any kit collection services. Having your lab order will ensure that you get in and out in a timely manner. Please make sure you have your insurance card with you at the time of service including your ID.

No orders? No Problem, you can have your doctor office fax over your orders or email them to:

If you received a Kit Collection from an outside source, we do accept any kit collections.  

No, appointment is needed, and all walk-ins are welcome. However, we highly recommended scheduling your appointment online or over the phone.
