Patients and clients can easily book appointments online using our appointment scheduler. We understand that your time is valuable, so we offer flexible pricing, times, and days to accommodate your needs. Whether you need onsite collections or prefer to walk-in, we are here to assist you. Our walk-in service is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a nominal draw fee of $35.00 for all walk-in appointments.

Please note that the cost of laboratory testing is separate and will be charged by the laboratory of your choice. To streamline the billing process, we offer the option to upload your insurance information. By providing your insurance details, we can ensure that your bill is processed through insurance when received by the lab. For an accurate estimate of your laboratory testing bill, we recommend contacting the laboratory or your insurance provider in advance.

MD Lab Solutions does not go though insurance as we are a concierge service. Depending on your insurance provider, you have the option to submit your receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement  for your blood draw. Once your specimens have been delivered to the laboratory of your choice.

It is essential to note that each insurance provider has its own policies and guidelines when it comes to reimbursement for medical testing. This means that the amount of reimbursement you receive can vary significantly, ranging from 100% coverage to no reimbursement at all. 

The testing itself is typically covered by your insurance provider, but it is always best to check with them directly to avoid any unexpected charges.

To ensure that your insurance is accepted by your preferred laboratory, I recommend reaching out to your insurance company for more details. They will be able to provide you with information on which labs are in-network and what your coverage entails. This proactive approach will help you avoid any surprises when it comes to billing.

Our policy regarding appointment rescheduling and cancellations at MD Lab Solutions. It is essential for us to maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensure that our clients and patients receive the best service possible.

Appointments that are scheduled greater than 24 hours from the appointment time can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund. However, appointments that are scheduled less than 24 hours from the appointment time cannot be rescheduled and are nonrefundable if canceled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

The processing and delivery of your lab results. As a standard practice, basic lab results typically take one to two business days to be processed and made available to you. In the case of multiple lab testing, please expect a turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days.

For specialized testing, the processing time may vary and can take up to 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes even longer. Rest assured that once your lab results are ready, your doctor will or should reach out to you within 2 to 3 days to review the results together or on your next appointment shceduled together. 

To obtain your lab results, you have several options available to you. You can contact:

If you have an online portal directly. 

Alternatively, you may also reach out to your doctor's office for assistance in obtaining your results.

If your test results were sent by mail, you can contact the specific lab where they were sent for updates. If you requested your lab results to be sent to your local hospital or lab of choice, please contact your healthcare provider to facilitate the process.

Please note that MD Lab Solutions may receive information on your lab results, but the results will only be shared between you, your healthcare provider, and the selected laboratory. If you wish to have your results mailed to your home address, please indicate this preference under the notes tab of the requisition form.

We at MD Lab Solutions will reach out to your provider and request your lab order. We have 3 easy options for providing your lab order to MD Lab Solutions when booking a visit onsite or mobile visit.
