MD Lab Solutions - Mobile sends a certified professional to your location to collect your lab orders. Patients and clients can book online with our appointment schduler, pricing times and days will vary depending on what is booked to fits your needs.

You can also schedule an appointment online for our onsite collections or you can walk-in anytime as we accect walk-in's from 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Please note that all walk-in's are chagered a $35.00 draw fee only.

The cost of laboratory testing is separate and charged by the laboratory of your choice. We offer the ability to upload your insurance information so that it is billed though insurance when the lab receives. If you choose to upload it, we will provide it to the laboratory so they can process your bill using insurance.  To check the exact price of your laboratory testing bill, we recommend calling the laboratory ahead of time or your insurance provider. 

In certain cases, you can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Once your specimens are delivered to the laboratory of your choice, the testing itself is generally covered by your insurance provider. We recommend checking with your insurance company to avoid any unexpected charges. To find out if your insurance is accepted by your preferred lab, you can always call your insurance company for more details.

Appointments greater than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time can be rescheduled or canceled for a full refund.

Appointments less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable if canceled.

Basic lab results will typically take 1-2 business days. Multiple lab testing can be ready in 3-5 business days. Specialized testing can take longer up to 3-4 weeks sometimes longer. Once your lab results are ready, your doctor will typically reach out 2-3 days after to review the results together. You can always recive your labs results by:

If your test was sent by mail, you can call the lab that it was sent to for results.

If you requested your labs to be sent to your local hospial or lab of choice please contact your provider or reach out to the lab you requested it be sent to.

You can always input on the Lab Order you would like to have your results mailed to you at your home address under the notes tab.

MD Lab Solutions can or may receive any information on your lab results, However, some labs will only share your results to the provider who ordered your labs, and the laboratory you selected will receive your lab results and you. 

We at MD Lab Solutions will reach out to your provider and request your lab order. We have 3 easy options for providing your lab order to MD Lab Solutions when booking a visit onsite or mobile visit.

or you can ask your doctor or organization to upload it directly from are website. Either what way works for us.
